TOPEKA, Kan. (AP) — Kansas is known around the world for the famous fictional tornado in “The Wizard of Oz.”
Now after a year of ice storms, tornadoes and flooding in Kansas, the state history museum has opened an exhibit on extreme weather.
“Forces of Nature” will be at the Kansas Museum of History in west Topeka through Jan. 4.
