The OC Club, a free-membership program for Orange County youth 5 to 19 years old that rewards them for making positive choices when they participate in activities run by the club’s recreation partners, has reached 10,077 members. Kids who participate in an activity at one of the club’s partners are eligible to join. Students have to participate in and sign up through one of the OC Club’s Recreation Partner programs — such as a club or sport at school or a program at a Boys %26amp; Girls Club or the Orlando Recreation Division. There are 97 recreation partners at more than 400 locations. Membership cards are issued to the kids, and they must present the card to receive tickets during member-exclusive events, for discounts at local business partners and to ride Lynx for free with certain restrictions.
